The purpose of this award is for the grantee to decrease agricultural nonpoint source nutrient pollution, specifically P, to the Lake Champlain Basin and Connecticut River watersheds by developing, evaluating, and verifying the effectiveness of nutrient management strategies that will help maintain and improve water quality.
