Project Background
Conduct field scale demonstration projects with at least 10 crop producers within Virginia’s Coastal Plain where the variable rate, sensor based nitrogen delivery system known as GreenSeeker™ is compared to the standard nitrogen application method used by the producer. Over the life of the project, GreenSeeker™ will be demonstrated on a total of at least 1,600 acres of small grains and at least 1,600 acres of corn.
