Project Background
This project will use an innovative participatory stakeholder process to develop and compare the accuracy and utility of state-and-transition (S-T) models of vegetation change that are derived from different knowledge sources (e.g. professional, local, and scientific knowledge) and both qualitative and quantitative model development procedures. Develop an outreach module and handbook describing the development and use of the S-T models.
