Project Background
Prairie Rivers of Iowa Resource Conservation and Development (PRI) will develop an innovative framework that incorporates the efficient use of local public input and guidance through the use of a Watershed Management Authority with advanced conservation planning tools to meet larger Iowa water quality goals. This project will support the research and expansion of the Agricultural Conservation Planning Framework, a land use planning tool that optimizes the placement of conservation practices at the watershed-level.
