This project is focused on the installation of ebb and flow bench systems to conserve water, reduce impact on surface water, ground water and soils from fertilizer use, reduce and/or eliminate use of pesticides and herbicides in greenhouse.

This project aims to demonstrate how conservation planning for Amish farmers could work without having the Government intervention. Funds from Government (CIG) will be managed by a local, well known, watershed association and conservation planning assistance provided by a TSP.

This project is focused on the demonstrating the use of a tapered screw press to separate the solids from the liquids on dairy farm operations in northwest Pennsylvania. Liquids to be spread on farm land following a nutrient management plan and solids to be used as bedding for the cows.
